Weed Control
Serving The East Valley Since 1972Â
Initial Estimate
Our knowledgeable and experienced staff will assess the property you need treated to determine the best approach. There are many factors to consider such as the type of weeds present, what plants are established in the yard, future plans associated with the space, and overall customer expectation. A plan is tailored to your specific property and the final estimate is generated.
Initial Treatment
The property you need treated will be tended to by one of our extensively trained technicians. We apply the pre-emergent (which prevents seeds from taking root) and post-emergent (which kills current weeds) at the same service; this is the most common treatment. Moving forward with your custom lawn weed control plan, we will determine what (if any) weeds become resistant to post-emergent products. which we will address after the initial appointment.
Followup Treatment
After our initial pre-emergent application, we will conduct a thirty day follow-up to assess the success of the service. At this visit, we will be able to determine if there is any resistant weed or if there are any areas that are designated special circumstances and must be approached with a more tailored application.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
Should your yard be overgrown with weeds, we may need an additional visit to knock down the activity. This will be made clear upon our first onsite assessment. Our thirty day follow-up is included in the first service and we guarantee that you will be satisfied with the results. We provide a 6-month service warranty on all full yard pre-emergent treatments and if after that 6 months you are completely unsatisfied, we will make it right or we will provide you with a refund for the service.

It’s a common misconception that since the greater Phoenix area is a desert region, weed control isn’t an issue. In fact, there are two primary growing seasons for weeds – fall and spring. Winter annuals grow from late fall into winter, and summer annuals grow from spring into summer. This means that weeds are constantly on the attack, and the best course of action is to kill off the weeds you already have, while also stopping new weeds from taking root.Â
